Refund Eligibility:
- Products are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Contact our Help Center to initiate the refund process.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via your original payment method.
- No refunds for personalized or engraved jewelry.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
